Hi Max, there are a few key differences between these two products. The Bread and Potato Pot can withstand higher temperatures than the cloche (all the way up to 900°F!) and can be preheated empty. If you want to try the method described in this post, choose the Bread and Potato Pot. When baking bread in the cloche, typically the cold-oven start method is used, which is described in this post here. The other difference to note is that the base of the potato pot is more narrow and spherical, whereas the cloche is wide and flat. You can make larger loaves of bread in the cloche, and taller, smaller loaves in the potato pot. We hope that helps! Kye@KAF
