thank you for sharing this dutch oven technique,i search this technique few days,i have questions about make the loaf brown fully,if i bake loaf with dutch oven with lid is closed for 25-30 minute after that i bake with baking sheet ,another 5-10 minute for make the loaf brown fully .are the result like your right loaf(which is look like soft inside and hard outside) or like your left loaf(which is look like soft)? thank you
cause when i put my dutch oven without the lid is closed, i can`t see inside the dutch oven cause my dutch oven is too high and my oven door too low(cause the distance between my oven rack to the top is short so my dutch oven become too high) but my
dutch oven can enter my oven, i can't move the rack to lower rack cause in my instruction manual book from the company who made my oven said that lower rack for cookies .so i plan after use dutch oven with lid is closed after that i change with baking sheet for make loaf brown fully
