I tried the recipe that used 3 C flour, 2 teaspoons Kosher salt,1/2 teaspoon yeast and 1 1/2 c lukewarm water. I followed the instructions and the dough was so wet it sort of poured out of the bowl after rising for 9 hours. I put it in the Dutch Oven and baked it for 20 minutes with the lid on, then 15 minutes uncovered. It was still so wet that it stuck to my knife and I could hardly cut a slice. Help!! What did I do wrong??
