I've always loved, loved how beautiful these dutch oven no-knead breads are, but unfortunately, they always seem to fail to deliver in taste and texture for me. Attempting to make smaller loaves (only me in my house) so getting the right ratio of pot to dough has been tricky. But even making a normal sized loaf, I'm just always so underwhelmed with the end result. Even waiting until the loaf is completely cool (to avoid the gumminess of cutting the loaf too early) I still find the interior more dense and chewy than I'd like. I'm looking for something with that amazing crusty exterior but with a very light interior with a large crumb. Unicorn Bread, apparently. Any ideas or suggestions on how to achieve this unachievable?
