Thanks for asking, Claudia. The Bread and Potato Pot is a bit more narrow than a typical 4-quart Dutch oven, so you could give that a try. You might find that using parchment paper to cradle the dough (both while it rises and while it bakes) helps give smaller loaves more support. While we don't sell smaller sizes, some Dutch oven manufacturers also make 3 quart and 2.5 quart size pots so you can try looking for those sizes too for more options. Kye@KAF
