Your recipe is great and a little more durable than one might think. The Lodge cast iron works great. Use an instant thermometer to check temp to be at 190 to200o. Open oven door, turning off oven and let bread sit for 5min or so, before transferring to counter on rack. This allows temp to drop more gradually, mainly training the crispy crust. KAF no knead oatmeal bread is awesome. I have even let dough rise for second time out of the refrigerator longer than expected and the break still turned out super. No fault recipe!
