Does the bread stick to the pot? Is there a 'seasoning' procedure for the pot used in your recipe (non enamel coated cast iron must be 'seasoned'). I love to bake bread - I like to have a tub of the 'bread in 5 minutes' recipe in the fridge. I usually use a cast iron pizza pan to bake this. The 'pot' idea sounds intreging.
