We haven't developed a 100% whole wheat, artisan-style, no-knead bread ourselves, which is why you don't see one mentioned here, but this technique can be used for pretty much any no-knead recipe of an appropriate size (2 lbs of dough or 4-5 cups of flour is about right for the pot we use here).
