Hi, I bought a Dutch oven specifically to make bread like this, and I think maybe the problem is it's too big? Because my bread rises pretty well, but I don't get that pretty rounded boule. It fits the contours of the pot, so it ends up like this: \---/ Any way to avoid it? (It's a 5-quart)
