Thank you, thank you!!!! All good suggestions. I use your golden focaccia recipe and cook it in three cake pans. I have fresh bread for more than one meal. Take it out of the freezer and put it directly into the oven on low 30 minutes before we eat and we have crispy bread to go with dinner
