I have been looking for a new pot for my bread baking, and this just might be the right one. I have always thought my Le Crueset and Lodge Dutch Ovens are just too big (and too heavy). The thought of a clay pot has always intrigued me. Breadtopia swears by their Emil Henry 4.2qt clay dutch oven. Now I just have to get up the nerve to order.
