Can you adjust this baking to two, 2 quart pots, and have smaller loaves? I made the Choc. Cherry loaf and it was huge!! More than we can eat before it goes stale. I would like to freeze the second loaf Could you cook half the recipe in the 4.5qt pot and then cook the second half of the recipe in the same pot ? Just brainstorming here.
