Hi Aleece, this recipe will work fine if you want to preheat the oven at 475°F, and then reduce the baking temperature to 450°F when you put the bread in the oven, and this shouldn't cause any damage to your USA Pans. Baking time may be a bit longer, but I would still check at the recommended time. Thanks also for the feedback on searching and reading comments!
