Hi Nancy, we're very sorry to hear you're having difficulties with this recipe! I suspect leaving the dough out for 8+ hours afer refrigeration probably resulted in over-fermented dough that still didn't rise well in the oven. How did you measure your flour, by weight or by cups? It's easy to add extra flour to a recipe when measuring flour by cups, and this can sometimes result in a denser bread that doesn't rise well. For our flours and recipes we recommend either weighing your ingredients, or using this method to measure your flour by cups.
