Came out tasty but a bit salty as when I reduced the recipe I forgot to reduce the salt as well. Didn't rise like I though it should, a bit dense and heavy for its size. I think my levain may have been a bit past prime. A full 18 hours in the fridge. Anyway, a good, edible attempt!
