This is my favorite chocolate cake ever and I will probably never use a different recipe. If I make cupcakes and freeze them, can I put the ganache on first? I’d like to experiment with the ganache. If I wanted to use coffee or Irish cream liqueur, could you tell me how much to use and whether to use cream also? If I wanted it to be Thinner so that it drizzled better, would I just add more cream? How much? Thank you!
