Excellent recipe. I didn't find this blog post until after I made the cake from the KA website, so I didn't know to use beaters when mixing. I used a whisk, and it was easy and successful. My policy is to follow a recipe exactly the first time I make it, especially for baking, and this is a clear winner. Next time I will double the recipe for my 14c NordicWare bundt pan.
