Cathy, I don't think it's the pan, which is pretty non-stick despite its multiple sections. I think you might have simply turned it out too quickly; it might have also been very slightly under-baked, or a combination of those two. Despite our best efforts, we all sometimes "break" a Bundt. Did you turn it upside down after 5 minutes, and let it sit on the rack for 5 minutes before lifting the pan up? That usually does the trick for me.
