Hi Chloe! With most muffins, you can reduce the sugar by 25-50% and still get a delicious result! We may recommend trying 25% first...see how you like the flavor. If it is still a bit too sweet, cut the sugar by 50% next time. Once you find the right reduction amount for your personal taste preferences, stick with it! Happy Baking
