Hi Cheryl, it sounds like you've taken on quite a challenging baking project! While it can usually work to substitute one or two ingredients in a more traditional recipe, beyond that it can get pretty dicey. For best results, I would try to start with a recipe that already meets most of the requirements you're looking for. While we don't have a recipe that quite fits this description, I was able to find this one elsewhere online.
