Hi Regina, you certainly can! To substitute for coffee in recipes, we recommend 1 teaspoon espresso powder plus one cup hot water. If you'd like a more robust coffee flavor, feel free to add a bit more. Our Chocolate Fudge Bundt Cake recipe calls for either natural or Dutch process cocoa, so Hershey's should work just fine.
