Hi KingArthurBakers,
I want to bake this delicious looking chocolate Bundt cake, can I substitute Espresso powder for the 1 cup of brewed coffee please? How much espresso powder would I use?
Also, I have Hershey’s Cocoa, will that work?
Please advise.
