I have a large not too decorative bundt pan and I have 4 mini bundt pans. All are non stick. For me I have found that if I spray the pans first with avacado oil ( brushing it into the crevices) then sprinkle an even coating of granulated sugar it works wonders. Just before filling with the cake batter. Once out of the oven I run a thin silicone spatula around the edge, let it rest for ten minutes, then when I turn it out on the cooling rack my cakes fall right out of the pan. The sugar just gives it a finishing touch. I've not had one cake stick since I started using this method several years ago.
