I tried the method for easy release and used melted shortening and almond flour. Prepared pan just before making as directed. It still stuck and I timed everything as directed and when it did not release I put it back in the oven for a few minutes as the oven cooled.b. I have a good nonstick Nordic ware Bundy pan. I was so disappointed. Triffle sounds good.
