Hi Kate, be sure to let your cake cool completely before trying to move it, as the structure should be less delicate once the cake has cooled. You could try tipping it gently onto a piece of parchment paper or another plate, and then placing the cake plate on top and gently flipping it over. Or consider our giant spatula, which is sure to make transferring your cake easy-peasy!
