Hi! I’ve been using butter to brush my bundt for quite some time and everytime it turned out great but i dont know what happened until at one point my cakes always always stick to the pan like crazy! Or the skin of the cake peeled off. Its very disheartening. I know definitely I’ll be shifting to shortening after this but could it be the pan as well? Probably manufacture defects after constant use?
