Hi, I've always used Pam for Baking or Bakers Joy for all of my bundt cakes with zero issues, but a friend saw a Mocha Cake I made and I've been asked to make a Gluten-free version of the cake, and of course, I can't use Pam for Baking or Bakers Joy because of the flour. What would you recommend I use? Can I use regular Pam?
