If it were me, I'd make up some cake pan grease to use. It's a simple recipe, and works a treat for bundts and other cake pans.
1/2 cup flour (regular or gluten-free) + 1/2 cup shortening + 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Blend until you have a soft paste. It can be stored at room temperature for several months. Just apply in a thin layer, making sure you get into all the nooks and crannies.
Using the glass pan, you'll want to reduce the oven temperature in the recipe by 25 degrees to ensure a nice, even bake. Enjoy!
