I'm making individual gingerbread cake men for the holidays. The recipe that came with the cake pan says to unmold them immediately out of the oven, but I've always had a problem with getting them out of the pan. I use a flour/shortening mixture to grease the pan. Any recommendations? Should I leave them in the pan longer?
