Hi Marge! Silicone pans certainly eliminate sticking but they can cause the exterior of your baked goods to cook very quickly as they don't provide much insulation. This can lead to uneven baking, especially for larger baked goods like a Bundt. If you do give them a go, we'd suggest lowering the baking temperature by 25°F and extending the bake time.
