Nordic Ware has a video showing tips for perfect Bundt cake. They recommend tilting the pan with batter inside prior to putting in the oven to create a tiny edge of batter on the pan. Apparently this helps prevent a dome from rising in the center. I haven’t tried this personally, but this is what Nordic Ware advises. They also demonstrate tapping the filled pan on a potholder or similar to settle out any bubbles in the batter. They have many helpful videos on their Facebook page.
