Thank you thank you with all my heart. I bought last year 4 different nordic ware bundt pans, on sale on internet here in Chile . I followed instructions on how to unmold the cakes given by nordicware webpage but always got bad results. Today baking the Gingerbread House pan was the last straw, and I thought of selling them all. I googled for some help and found this blog. Gave one more try using this time your tips (shortening + oil +flour mix and after that sprinkled with matze bread crumbs) and unmolding soon after coming out of the oven. I used this time my other pan with six village houses, and they came out beautifull in one piece. I will have a go with the express train pan I also bought and have baked on two occasions only to get cake good for triffle or desserts. The one pan I get good results occasionaly is the gold collection 4 medium bundt pan .
