THIS THIS THIS! 1/2 c. shortening, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup oil. mix with mixer and use brush to apply to pan.
I have struggled with assorted mini bundts - Nordicware and others. This worked perfectly. Wait 10 minutes after baking and they fall right out.
I call it Bundt Lube.
