Hi! I have a Nordic Ware rose bundt pan that I absolutely love, but every single cake sticks, so I haven't used it in years. I tried your techniques today ( applying nonstick spray heavily, allowing cake to cool 5 minutes on counter, then 5 minutes upside down to release the cake), and my cake came out BEAUTIFULLY. No tears or holes for the first time in twenty years. I'm so thrilled with your advise. Keep them coming!
