I am not reading anything that says that the cake is not cooling in the pan long enough. No matter if I cool the cake for 10 min, 20 min, it still sticks, so I am now cooling in the pan longer, until the bottom of the pan is luke warm to the touch, and the cake release just fine.
Test your cake by touching around the bottom and if its still very hot, do not turn out the cake.
