So today I tried greasing a pan just before putting the batter in and using almond flour instead of regular. Also the recipe calls for it to sit for 20 minutes but I tried letting it sit for 5 and then turning it over to sit for 5. it came out perfect. The only drawback is when there was some that was stuck on the the pan that's the part I got to eat.
