Finally a perfectly released bundt cake. Went to King Arthur store in Norwich VT and was advised to use EVERBAKE FOOD RELEASE and purchased in the store. Use a cool pan and spray just before ready to go into oven. NO flour, crumbs, sugar. Just the spray. Works like a charm every time! YAY to the in store experts.
