You're welcome to give some of these methods a try, Trisha. We think using melted vegetable shortening and brushing it onto the pan and dusting with a bit of almond flour would be perfect for friands. This will create a little buffer layer between the pan and cake and allow it to turn out easily. Give it a try next time. We'll keep our fingers crossed! Kye@KAF
