I love baking in my bundt pan! I typically grease up the inside with coconut oil, and that does a pretty decent job of keeping it from really sticking. I still get nervous about turning it out though, so I always gently run a knife down in-between the cake and pan walls, then give it a few shakes before turning it over. I like the idea of coating the pan with sugar after greasing it, I will definitely be trying that next time! Thanks for the tips!!
