I have not been having any trouble releasing the cake from the bunds pan. My problem is the color of the light cakes comes out very dark and not a pleasant complement to the inside of the cake. This happens especially with your lemon cake mix. It also causes a different taste that tes away from the enjoyment of the cake. Is it because I use Pam but haven't added the sugar trick?
