I have several bundt pans and I do use them a lot. All of a sudden they've started sticking. What can I do to make them not stick? I make the same cakes and prep the pans the same way. I spray with Pam and coat with sugar. I bake at 325*. I turn them out while they are still hot (about 5 mins out of the oven). I have done this same thing for years and do not understand why they now stick. Also they are non stick coated pans. Anyone can help?
