Coated my castle cake form (many tall skinny turrets) with spray vegetable oil and then a coat of granulated sugar (I plastic wrapped the open side and shook a quarter cup into every single nook and cranny). Fell out the instant I flipped it. No turrets were lost! MIRACLE. You are my hero.
