Last 3 Bundt cakes I baked all stuck big time using several methods. Went to King Arthur blog and found answer! Just finished my 3rd Bundt cake including the wonderful chocolate Bundt and used Bakers Joy and have not had any sticking issues. I spray the pan well. Thanks for information and tip. All Bundt pans are Nordic.
