Lynette, I want to thank you for sharing your ‘pan grease” recipe. I’ve been baking for over 50 yrs and after MANY failed attempts to get a decent looking Bundt cake, had given up on attempting the many wonderful recipes that were passed down by my grandmother. After reading your post, I decided to give it another try...my, oh, my...perfection! I almost cried with excitement when I flipped the bundt pan over and a beautiful all intact bundt cake fell out of the pan. I can’t thank you enough!
