I used this recipe in my mini fluted bundt pan from Pampered Chef and I'd never seen the sugar method before. It was a perfect crust! We also always say NEVER use Pam in your non stick pans, because it ruins the non stick surfaces because it actually clings. Also, one tip I use sometimes is to reserve a tad of the actual cake mix, if using boxed, to dust your pan, then you can't see the dusting. Thanks for the great recipe!!
