Have you tried brushing the pans with melted vegetable shortening (like Crisco) using a pastry brush to get into all the nooks and crannies? We also recommend trying the technique where the pan is dusted with a bit of almond flour (or other nut flour) after it's greased. This helps create a layer of separation between the pan and cake.
