Now what about those baking pans from Nordic Ware? The ones of little Autumn Leaves or small individual bundt cakes? I need to perfect baking these as my tiny granddaughter grows up! ! For me, it was like beginners luck the first time, and after that? Not so much. I’ve tried brushing canola oil, olive oil, and extra virgin olive oil (it’s thicker) in the pans and b aking pumpkin bread in the Leaf pan. But stick, stick, stick. Suggestions?
