I always use Crisco to lightly grease my pan and then sprinkle with flour, shake it around, and bang it upside down in the sink to remove extra flour. I let the cake cool 5 -10 minutes, run a table knife down the sides and around the center. It always drops out on cooling rack in perfect condition'
