I am about to take the plunge and buy my first Bundt pan. I'm glad I found this article.
After reading a lot of the comments, I thought I'd share this tip. I have found that, for me, the best way to tell if a baked good is done is to watch for the edges to just barely, barely start to pull away from the pan. They're never overdone (or underdone), and they consistently come out of the pan cleanly after whatever the recipe recommends as resting time before turning onto the rack. I'm hoping this technique will work with my Bundt when I get it!
