I have found that a bundt cake made with oil (apple cake) does not stick to the pan. Using a canola spray instead of one with flour also adds to the success of that cake coming out clean. I made a "light" cake that called for butter and oil and forgot to use canola spray and used the flour and oil spray. The cake stuck. Cut the cake in slices, froze the wrapped slices and now it's ready for fruit and whipped cream or trifle! I never have a problem with tube pans or angel cake pans so I decided to stick to those pans and play it safe.
